Dimensions is a bit long, and there are some annoying things in it (and by annoying, I don't mean poorly stepped, but annoying for somebody trying to AAA). No, it's not "hard" when you have things around like Reality (which still isn't hard to some people), but as far as one-handed AAAs go, I think it's very impressive, since I don't recall AAAing it on my couple of plays (back before I had an account), and I play spread.

third finger on down
fourth finger on right

'four fingered cursors

alternatively

first finger on F
second finger on G
third finger on H
fourth finger on J or M

or even

first finger on insert
second finger on home
third finger on page up
fourth finger on page down

or a similar combination on the numpad

Also, Patashu nailed it perfectly - the two main ways to play four fingered are with your thumb or pinky in addition to your index, middle, and ring fingers.

I choose playing this way because I genuinely enjoy it. I've played spread before, and I can honestly say I don't enjoy it - it just doesn't appeal to me. I'm willing to sacrifice some of my potential skill to play the way that garners the most enjoyment from this game.

But thanks a lot though - took long enough for me.
