FFR-: Going On Spring Wind isn't one of the FMOs that unlocks Oni. The songs that do unlock it are in red type on this list: http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...ad.php?t=34509
Sympathizer used to be an FMO, but it was demoted after avmisses were fixed. The Oni get must not have been changed. Nice score, though, you beat mine.
