Score = Done on Beta = Avmiss Fix
Replay = Not updated with the fix = replay that doesn't match the score

Replays aren't actually a recorded video or anything, it just stores what button you pressed when, and then loads the song, having inputs occur as listed. So something that was timed as perfect/prefect on the beta, is times as say... average/miss on the replay.

(At least I think this is a) what you're talking about, and b) correct about how replays work)
