46 you can hit each one individually and get a Perfect then good unless you do it fast enough, you can manage a perfect perfect.

48 you can just angle your finger

42 you can just hit

82 you can easily hit

26 you can just hit

86 you can hit if you angle your finger

as for jumpy songs like Turkish March. . . Mash.
