I don't think so. 300 bpm 16ths PER foot? or 300 bpm 32nds normally? Yeah sure you could =P

Hitting a couple of arrows at that speed isn't the same thing either.

Lol...it was a joke about an incident not too long ago. Some guy (who apparently FC'd the CP trill) said people can tap their feet 40 times per second, so he used it as back-up in his defense argument.
