Something just occured to me - how will the prizes be awarded? Paypal? Mail? Or is it your choice? I figure I'm unlikely to win, but on the off chance that I get lucky, I want to know if I need Paypal or something. Also, any whisperings of what the 4th-8th players may get?

There's already 20 people or so that AAA'd the intermediate song. You will get owned anyway, be glad that you're in beginner.
