I'd appreciate an explanation as to why you're getting a large of amount of goods compared to perfects. Usually when people are good enough to highscore those songs, they're aaaing most of the stream and would have better accuracy then that.

Because he slows down the arrows, and he's used to the timing window of C300.

Play Party 4u with the slowdown (just hit Try Again after finishing normally). I bet you'll get terrible PA but FC easily. That's what slowing down arrows does.
