    i never trained in speed or anything... the way i play SM is kinda like a workout

    start with 140-180bpm songs to get warmed up
    get a few AAAs
    try to AAA previous blackflags
    try one or two new sims that i havent played before
    then go for all out tiring fast hard sims at the end

    and the last part i dont even do that often

      Yea i dont relle...."train". When i first start out im not warmed up so i do sumthing relle easy like narcissus at oasis ( if thats how u spell it) and ill normally AAA it. Then ill normally do like AGEHA or sumthing around there. Then i get into relatively harder songs like airwave and delirium and what not. By the time im warmed up thats where i start doing my MA songs and ****, jus trying to AAAA stuff. When im EXTREMELY warmed up thats when i do like disregard, reality, data drain that kind stuff. But idk theres no real way to train i guess IMO.

              Well I pushed myself last night to the point where I couldn't move my left wrist for pain in order to improve stamina/speed (I'll be doing it for a week to get better) and what I did was:

              DMYK Challenge
              Fury of the storm
              Dogura (to calm slightly)
              Strangeprogram
              OML
              OML 1.1x
              Disregard 0.9x (fail)
              Gigadelic 0.9x (pass)
              Reality
              Reality 1.1x

              I might have played some of them a couple of times because played for over an hour on just these songs. T0rajir0u - try something like that, it'll hurt like hell but it will help your stamina and speed.
