How bad am I?

I used to play DDR, quit around three years ago, so I downloaded this today. I played a couple songs from those megapacks. The whole c600 thing is pretty cool. Just wondering how bad these scores are

Scores may be bad, but if this is your first time playing then they're so good it's unbeliavable.

I'm not sure I understand the skepticism. Any of the ddr players I played with could read these songs fairly easily. The scores I see around here dwarf mine anyhow (understatement). These songs are streamy, I tried some of the songs with a lot of jumps ... it wasn't pretty.

EDIT: Any suggestions on how to get better? I play on the 2468 keys, is that what most people play on? Also, so many of you have insane MA, I don't see how it's done on some of the crazy songs.

Like they say, just keep playing and you'll get better... I cry sometimes when I look at some of their scores, lol.

Judge 4 (and up) helps a lot though.

So you quit playing DDR 3 years ago... download stepmania... know where to download packs... and you can still read the arrows?

My brother stopped playing Stepmania about 3 or 4 months ago and he tried yesterday and failed War Game. You're full of ****.

Im sure they are legit scores. Wether his story is true or not i really dont give a damn. If he wants to lie then w/e

But you dont really lose your talent of reading arrows. I stoped for a couple months and got better. 3 years is pushing it but im sure some skill would carry over. You dont know how much he practiced before he posted these either.

Sightread a bunch of songs just to give a better guage on whether I improve. Whenever there's a jump in the middle of a stream it owns me -_-. Also, it's so hard to make the rhythm in your head when the complex rhythms come really fast, I don't see how you guys do it.
