The CB's are completely, 100% random.

And you don't wanna see my xmod score, it's hideous. But I'll do it anyway.

It's very much possible, I basically AAA all 32nd runs in the song every time.

I've played it quite a few times and I still can't do it. I've gotten close a couple of times but no. "Some" memorization my ass. XD

Both me and HST whored it for like an eternity and none of us got the AA, I've started to give up on it. But yeah, go AAA it, Tyler XD
