Ya I play one handed I can't play two handed... this is how I play (I only use three fingers)

Pointer :P - Left Arrow (I know... only monkeys point... so I guess I'm a monkey :P)

Middle - Up Arrow

Ring finger - Right Arrow

What I do is if I need to hit the down arrow I use the middle finger, If I need to do a stream of Up, Down, Up, Down etc I move my wrist over so that I can put my pointer :P on the down arrow and keep the middle on the up arrow.
