If Judge is set to 4, then it is IMPOSSIBLE for ini to be anything lower than JudgeWindowScale = 1.00000 as everytime sm loads it reads the ini and if it is anything different (1.16) it'll correspond to the ini timing listed meaning judge 3.
Privateer had 2 inis since he was making hardcore stepfiles and opened the stepfile ini. You can't edit the ini judgewindowscale and not have a matching ini the only thing possible to edit if you show the judge is the ini marv/perfect/etc. windows however those are correct so there. Plus the arrows match up PERFECTLY.
Oh... and wtf is this bs you were saying... It doesn't sound offbeat at all. Unless you can notice the fucking difference between a low marv and a fucking high perfect in the perfect window which is pretty much impossible. It's hard to tell anything more precise than a great apart from marvs. Anyways OML and CGS he made vids of are easy songs so those are shit anyways.
