Here is the list:
Keep in mind this is all assuming everyone isn't BS. I really don't doubt any of the players here, anyway.
1. Nima - No doubt. He does everything I do with a few less marvs/perfs/whatever, and he can still do stupid stuff like owning the shit out of Sandstorm Oni. The stupid stuff don't mean much, though.
2. Privateer - I would know. I haven't gotten a chance to show much because I work 4 days a week for 10 hours.
3. Reach - Some place him too high (above Nima) and some too low. I call Nima, Privateer, and Reach the big three. We're the best all around players.
4. aperson - From what I have seen, he's here. It's tough to place him ahead of linus and Arch0wl, because I only get to use the few screenshots I have seen to judge.
5. linus - linus isn't good at reading high speeds, unlike what dmleet thought, but he still has been doing well, especially recently. He has been playing on a lower resolution, which shoots your MA through the roof, but I still know that he's deserving of this spot.
6. Arch0wl - You can't put Arch0wl above any of the first five in my list, because there are simply too many things he can't keep up with because he plays with indexes. I see it, and I just know plenty of songs the other players could beat him at because its just not possible for an index player to do as well on. On the things he isn't put back because of his play-style choice, he has incredible MA and does as good as anybody, but there isn't enough of that.
