You probably think he's a hacker because hsi videos only contain top notch scores. he used to have another channel, but he deleted those videos for some reason. But on that channel you could see his improvement curve for sure, he's not cheating..

Gonna assume you're looking at the receptor and the arrow behind it.

In a natural, untouched timing window, that right there (assuming receptor = judge offset 0) is a perfect. It would explain why he has at least one there.
