4th hardest 78 IMO, after Rad Rat, BEER and Gymnastics. Why is it that 78s either seem way too hard (all 4 of those are 80+ IMO) or way too easy (NaiNai, FN and Sparkle Downer to name a few seem easier than most 76s)

Vast improvement, it'd be pretty epic/hilarious if down the line I got Miku on this song.

The 76, 77, and 78 range is really messy and inconsistent, honestly.
That happens because of the history of the FMO/FGO divide (and its implications for Scarhand), as well as it being the general difficulty area that is accessible to a lot of active players (playable starting in D4 all the way up to still being actually interesting for D7 players), and thus many people have strong opinions about it.
Especially the tons of gimmicky/single-focus files in that range like Mermaid Island, OVERklock, Capoeira, Skeletor, Lolo, Time to Eye... hard to get a consensus on these kinds of files lol

In general high FMO/low FGO is going to be pretty hard to rate for those reasons.
