mx black switches = wtf

so i decided to get out my old 6gv2 with the mx blacks, and the scores i got are just wtf. accuracy got a lot worse (as expected) but speed got a ton easier. i know people will say these are pretty mediocre considering MA but being able to do speed easier is a nice milestone

my best with the mx browns is a low B (74% or something) so getting this is naise


denser parts feel easier to hit now

I use black switches and my speed and accuracy went up, but my stamina went way down.

I'm considering getting heavier keys too cause ones I use feels too light and is uncomfortable playing accuracy stuff on.

Nice scores! But I'm curious what are the best color switches? I just bought brown but reds look tempting with their actuation force... Speaking out which how do I reduce that (actuation force)?

It's all about what works best for you. Most people seem to like blues though.

you don't want reds or lighter, it's awkward to play with, I wouln't recommend it. 90 % o sm players play best on blue, i use brown cause my weird playing style somehow works better with those

reds are really hit and miss with me. i alternate between blue/red switches but idk which i like more

I recently got the CoolerMaster Storm with black switches and I really love it (was using the Logitech Ultra Flat X before).
My accuracy and speed went up and I almost never get random boos anymore.

This y'all, most wouldn't recommend it, but after a month of playing on browns my speed and overall accuracy shot way up.

Really, I felt like blues would become a factor in the future. I have blues, it feels like i could get so much more speed out of black/red. Also, how do you jack so fast on blue??? I love blues for any other game and typing.
