Serious picks: Stuck (trolly crap near the end, but has a cool sound to it. How often does a dot matrix printer make up percussion?), 3020 (I think it's one of the best charted songs on ffr), CORETUNE (quirky file for sure), and Beautiful Arrhythmia.


Also those mad at OAOS, play Passage D [heavy]. Passage D is more trollish than OAOS.

I'm sorry to whoever didn't like my picks. I picked songs I'd never even played before so none of them are intentionally bad. You can avoid my picks if enough songs are picked before the week ends.

As for the secret song problem, from now on, if you don't have a secret song, you can play an alternate. You can pick any alternative song you want, but with these rules:

1. It must be at least as high of difficulty as the original.
2. If it has more notes than the original, your score is based on your points you lost from goods, averages, misses, and boos.
3. If the song you pick has fewer notes, you just get your raw score from the song.

And if you post an alternate, you must say which song it's an alternate for or I won't accept it. This way, you won't be at as much of a disadvantage for not having the songs, and if you don't want to do it, that's fine, too. But I want to give people with fewer credits another option.

i almost flagged cette annee but at about 1000 notes (had one good) my engine's framerate dropped to like 10

Don't give up on low framerate. I can sdg a lot of songs at about 10 fps it's just you have to be careful not to hit notes too early.

Excite Bike AAA'd at 10 fps. Wasn't even all that much harder than normal. I could probably do lower.

Edit: oops lol I didn't realize it doesn't even let you play below 30. Well, I've lagged to where I was about 10, and as long as you hit the notes where they're going to be at the right times as if it weren't lagging, it still gives them to you. It's just a lot harder on non stream songs.
