I second Obscene Amount of Steam. Can't really play it worth anything, but it's a cool song. I have so many songs I love to play, but can't fc to save my life. Perhaps adding the song's of the week that are in our difficulty range should be done(there's a couple this week). I realize they arn't always songs you want to play 10+ times to get a good score on, but hardly any of us will have a score on one of them by the time the song list is announced.

Alright, it seems to me that many more people are eager to start on the new songs than there are who wish to try to fix up more of their scores last minute. I now declare the first week over, and will edit the first post with the winners of it. The new song list is:

So get to playing them! I'll update the spreadsheet soon, too. In case I missed a song someone suggested somewhere, please let me know and I'll replace one of the bottom 3 with it. But if the week has been going on for too long I won't change it.

Also I would suggest we not repeat any chart for at least a month. We can come back to a chart, but not after playing through many other songs first that way.

Also, points were much cooler because I don't have a shot in hell at winning a week, and the same 1 or 2 people will get it every week. Points would let me know how I rank against the people closer in skill to me.

Also, total of 6 songs raw or combo? I can mash like a mofo when provoked and I do not think that should be encouraged.

It's raw score. You still have a sense of points in your sum or raw scores. I'll add up the points from the first week to give everyone a number so you'll at least feel like you have that.

Edit: Done. You now have points on the spreadsheet for your week 1 scores. So you'll still have something even if you didn't win. Now, other than trying to win a week, you can try to move ahead of others in terms of points.
