The system remembered songs that were FC'd but those scores were removed. The user made his/her 100th "real" FC, but the stats kept track of only 87 FCs that weren't deleted. The achievement has been fullfilled but the discrepancy force the system to show 0 FC because technically speaking, stats do not meet the requirements. ^it’s probably a bug and I’m thinking it may be related to the Great Purge.
