Just because it has that 16th note in the beginning, it doesn't mean this should be a 4. The rest of the song is mostly triplets, and the bpm isn't that high so hitting all the notes are pretty easy. There are other 3's that are a lot harder than this (mainly those released before colored notes appeared). I'm basing my opinion on the fact that I'm trying to AAA all songs up to level 4 (I'm not really that good), so I have a feel of what is level 3 material and what isn't. Im Ravin should be a 3.
