- 33.854: move to 33.829
- 46.754-48.029: bruh
- 48.879, 53.679, 1:06.929: missing
- 1:14.429-.929: why 6-jack?

** 1:16.829-1:33.629: this is very spiky, not just 1:26.429- but also the one before it, for several reasons:
--- 1:20.379-1:21.429: right hand is trilly, whereas left hand is noticeably less dense
--- 1:22.529-1:24.029: grind4 pattern on both hands
--- 1:27.279 is jump (refer to 48.879 above), but then it would become too dense; remove the 1:27.179 jump instead
--- 1:28.179-1:28.879: another trill bias on the right hand
--- 1:29.429-1:29.729: not only is it too dense, but there's also an S-shaped minijack on the right hand. Remove the two 12ths.
--- 1:31.229-1:33.629: this density simply wouldn't work regardless of patterning. Either turn the hands to jumps, or remove each note before or after the hands (e.g. sub/zero notes 1743-1810). Also watch out for a long right hand OHT at the end.

This chart reminds me of Exam Cram [Oni] in terms of backloaded jumpstreams. I think the reason why it worked is because the whole chart drains stamina so that easier sections still matter, and the final jumpstream was carefully placed to avoid hand biases and uncomfortable patterns. Neither point applies to this chart unfortunately, and the last few seconds get even denser, leading to a spike too severe for acceptance. That said, it has a unique kind of stream and I would definitely enjoy a more balanced-out version.

>> There's honestly not much to say about it other than the ending. It's very well made, and yeah, it's very dense relative to the intro, and it needs a nerf.

Here's my proposal:

* From 01:16.829-01:31.229 - I would pesronally prefer to keep jump representation to the noise at 01:17.729, 01:18.329, 01:18.929, etc. And the other noises represented with jumps can be ignored. *Maybe* if you want to keep adding more spice to it, keep the 4th jumps (01:18.629, 01:19.829, etc - which represent the kick). But honestly, because of how the intro stream was structured, the former option is better. (No addition of jumps to kicks)

* For 01:26.429-01:31.229 - You can definitely mitigate some of the jump usage for the vocal, since you don't really pay attention to them as much when hitting the streams. 01:27.179, 01:29.529, 01:29.629, 01:31.979 can be omitted)

** For 01:31.229-01:33.629 - Unfortunately you have no other choice but to nerf the hands to jumps, but, with the proposed changes above, this will turn it into the final, boss-ish dense section.

FR for ** notes. CR for * notes.

Vicious Balloon Popping Disorder
Sorry for delay!
3rd judgement as per policy for this scenario (>=2 point difference between judgements across accept/reject line).

Both sets of notes above say basically the same thing and I agree. The big js section will need nerfs.
Tone down some layering and watch hand bias, as jh and Deam recommend and this should be fine.

Pushing this to FR status as the problem is mainly contained to the one section.

For jh~

33.854 - k
48.879/53.679/1:06.929 - added
1:14.429-.929 - nerfed the 6-jack to 3-3 jack
**1:16.829-1:33.629 - see nerf note for Deam

For Deam~

*/*/**1:16.829-1:33.629 - k for former option, vocal jump omit, and nerfing hand to jump
