I use two-hands, middle and index finger for both hands. On the other side of the note, I use spread (using separate keys such as "a" for left, "s" for down, "k" for up, and "l" for right). Since this thought was posted 5 years ago, not many people played spread until now...

me too. I use one hand. But its weird. I can play better with my right, even though I'm left handed.
