   o_o I used to be able to do a mile in 7:30, but that was 1 mile at a time and still took a lot out of me. Nice job in 2004! ^_^

   This is me on the home stretch (on the left) sprinting to the finish in the 5 kilometer (3.1 miles) race at Catholic Memorial Invitational in Boston. I got 18 minutes flat, making my average pace/mile 5 minutes and 48 seconds.
