   Pretty good although I would have been cleaner on the edges a bit more by using a magnetic or polygonal lasso tool and went around yourself, then hit Ctrl + Shift + I to select the reverse and delete it, then make the layer under it the background, and blur the edges of yourself a tiny bit so it isn't grainy, I don't know what you were going for though
