   ... but how you look is a component of your personality. Your choice on how you present yourself to world affects how people view and treat you. Decisions such as straightening your hair or putting on makeup show that you want to look nice for that first impression. Besides, it's impossible for a first impression to entirely portray who you are, but your choice in how you present yourself to the world gives clues to your personality to those who observe you.
