its a punching bag not a kicking bag u idiot rofl. I was in tae kwong do for 5 years when i was younger, i know how much power can be packed in a side kick. Gj.
more or less, two phases of a kick are impact and push, the push part u need alot of strength, but the speed multiplies it. That bag was probably like 120 lb with all the water in it.

nah, it was a strong bag that lasted me years. It was its time. U see it was full of water when I kicked it, was slowly destroying the leather.
