Hey people of FFR i need a little help

Well i am kinda in need of some advice. If you could i need all the help i can get, so pleasseee post a reply.

Ok, There is this girl i brought to prom a few months ago. We get along really well and i really like her. I asked her out and she said she just wanted to be friends and she didn't want to be in a relationship quite yet. So before i left for a week she decides to make out with me and tells me that she is really gonna miss me. While i am gone she gets a boyfriend who is kind of a tool and now im stuck in life. Could you help me out?
