this is bad for your lip

i keep on biting on the lower part of my lip and it is really annoying. i taste blood and i just brushed my teeth..............

well i have all kinds of little dents in my lower lip from me biting it....... i should stop but habits are so hard to break......

well i will stop eventually. probably when my lip falls off........ kind of scary thinking of it. well my loss is someones elses joy......
