Page 12 213 ZodiacPosted on: July 7, 2007, at 05:13:18pm [ 0 comments] I finally was able to get enough averages to unlock Exotica. The trick that I use to unlock the token associated with Burnout worked for Zodiac. Though to be honest, I had to adjust the screen until I couldn't see the arrows at the top of the screen at all. (With Burnout, I could barely see the arrows at the top of the screen.)
If you want to see the picture, look at my photo area. Samurai OddsPosted on: July 7, 2007, at 01:42:52pm [ 0 comments] I unlocked today first skill token with the score 19-1-1-1-1. Took more then ten tries to do it, but at least I got it.
Now to put the wrist brace back on and watch the Japanese horror film "One Missed Call."
PS: There really should be an edit option for random thought. That way if we make a mistake, we can just go fix it instead of deleting the thought and writing it again. Then again, maybe I am the only one who deletes thoughts if they aren't grammatical correct. Burnout No LongerPosted on: July 6, 2007, at 08:43:05pm [ 0 comments] If you read my thoughts about Exotica and Snowflakes, you know that I thought that the requirements to unlock the token associated with Burnout to be a difficult because I could never modify my "steps" to have less than 50 perfects. Well after reading a comment concerning Exotica, which basically told me how to get averages, I put the tip to good use. First I changed the way I viewed the screen so that I couldn't see the energy bar and barely see the arrows. I then went to setting and put autofail 49 perfects. After playing Burnout 8 times, I was finally able to unlock the skill token.
So since the tip worked for Burnout, tomorrow or whenever I have free time, I'll try the tip on Zodiac.
PS: The first Doctor Who episode airing today was great . I am now watching the 2nd episode called Smith & Jones. Hating the Exotica RequirementsPosted on: July 6, 2007, at 02:24:10pm [ 0 comments] As you all know by reading the front page or the skill token page, the latest token requires that the player gets 200+ averages on the song Zodiac to get it. No matter what I do, I can't make myself play bad enough to get the **** thing. The highest I could get the averages was 140+.
I have tried using the speed of 1, 1.75, 2, and 3, which resulted in me either still passing the song without meeting the requirements or failing the song because I wasn't hitting the arrows fast enough. (My normal speed is 1.5.) I have also tried using the blink, dizzy, stealth and dark. I even halved the screen and turned off the sound trying to get myself to play bad enough. Perhaps this song will be my second Burnout; just one more song I can't make myself bad enough to play to get the skill token unlocked.
Well, that's the end of my rant. I'll probably go do something that will allow my wrist to rest for about a few hour. Just to be on the safe side, I'll probably put on my wrist brace so it does move to much.
PS: I case anyone cares, I was playing Zodiac for so long that I was able to add a 100 credit to my score. (Started out today with 2009, now it 2109.)
PPS: If anyone has any suggestion on how to meet the requirements, I'll greatly appreciate it.
PPPS: If I don't unlock anything today, at least I can look forward to watching Doctor Who on Sci-Fi. An 8-Bit TokenPosted on: July 5, 2007, at 01:25:30pm [ 0 comments] After trying to unlock this token since it came out, I finally got it. I didn't even think I could get it since all previous attempts at getting ended with me get only about 330 perfects and 340 was needed to unlock it. I guess luck was on my side today. | Tu sabes cuál es la joya oscura no? XD | | woah | | why thank you, It's a mac apple, and I like macs, in fact, I'm typing on one now | | You need to have 90k credits to unlock it. Once you get 90k credits, it becomes available for play. | | haha, I meant there is no way I can get it. I am physically incapable of it. | | Yes I have fof installed on my dell intel core2duo 1gb ram 80 gb HD. The full install is about 2GB after having over 300 songs. It is a little buggy at times. But its def the best gh clone I have played. It works natively with any usb guitar :) | | i got the pad off ebay for around 200 dollars :) | | SEXY PROFILE | | Hehe, thanks, I'd love to test it out. But, if you decide on other people, no hard feelings. Are you happy with the way it came out? | | HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! | | Older Comments |
