To join you have to pass these.

1. Full Combo Alpha Helix

2.What is sand?
A:Defense
B:Weapon
C:Sword

You reach ranks by beating other members, after you beat a member this is how it goes.

LVL 2. Academy Student

LVL 4. Genin

LVL 6. Chunnin

LVL 8. Jounin

LVL 10. Hokage(there is only 7 hokages, so you have to try to be one of them.
