I don't enjoy playing rhythm games anymore

Yeah title says it all, I honestly used to want to get on and play but now it's just become a chore and no break can stop the game from becoming a chore at this point tbh. I've tried stuff like playing lower star maps or playing meme maps, and trying wacky things, but even then I can't get myself to have the same fun I was having in November - Early December.

I also get really mad at myself when I underperform and it's hard to not have a negative mindset on a bad day. The only thing that remotely gets me excited is gaining ranks but then it's going back to a day of playing the game like I'm doing a chore.


So yeah just decided to post this RT for a quick update.

   Pretty much standard feels when you hit D6 unless you find yourself still constantly improving. This is why i constantly say to myself "i miss when this game was fun". i miss when i could just enjoy the game and not have my motivation hinging on whether i have good sessions or improvements in ranks or whatever. I hope you do stick around because you're seriously getting good, but I can't say I would fault you one bit if you distance yourself more and more
