if i were to fall
no one would be there
if i were to cry
no one would care
if i were to bleed
you wouldnt aid me
if i were to be lost in the dark
you wouldnt help me find the key to the light
if i were to scream out
no one would choose to hear me
they say im emo, punk, weird, rude
im none of those things
go ahead call me a shrew
but im just me
because i choose to be different
because i choose not to fake it
because im me
you choose not to be there
when i fall
not to care
when i cry
to to aid me
as i bleed
not to search
when i roam, lost in the dark
